They are patient, helpful, professional, and friendly. I was helped with the kitchen design. i was shown what it would look like when completed. The price was good. When I called with questions or concerns, they always patiently and helpfully answered my questions. I ordered the white shaker cabinets and they were beautiful and came fully assembled. Ater shopping around for countertops, I went back and ordered my countertops, quartz, from them. The wait time for both cabinets and stone was less than 2 weeks. The kitchen came out so beautiful that even my contractor was taking pictures!

Second kitchen done by Alban and Kitchen Factory; from choosing cabinets to measurement taking, from cabinets to countertop install, couldn't have asked for a better or more professional experience. Truly a perfect experience

This is my second time buying kitchen furniture from this company, and I am very happy again. Even when I had some issues, they responded immediately and solved everything without any problems.

The furniture quality is very good, and their customer service is excellent—always attentive and quick to respond.

I highly recommend them for their professionalism and commitment to their customers.
